Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Education:

Minimum ten (10) years senior-level experience in human resources management.

Experience in analysis, critical decision-making, project management, and process improvement.

Prepares recommendations for LOGCAP senior management regarding human resources issues, including administrative and corrective actions.

Knowledge of the military’s SHARP program and the ability to obtain SHARP certification.

Collaborates with IHR/Legal to identify and document visa processes and requirements within the LOGCAP area of responsibility.

Self-starter with excellent time and task management skills.

Support HR Data Team during quarterly Group Social Reporting with various data entry, reporting and data analysis tasks.

Document system processes related to the HR Data team for Knowledge Base

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources Information Systems.

Ability to communicate openly and effectively with internal and external customers managing expectations and timelines related to responsibilities.

Experience with HCM HR Core configuration (SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage preferred)

·Previous experience with Service Now or other CRM/case management systems preferred

People Operations Program Support Specialist

Support HR program implementations and initiatives for compensation, benefits, payroll, performance management, and training areas.

Assist with talent management, ad hoc projects. Support vendor management.

Stay updated on HR data trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.

Manage new hire communications in collaboration with on boarding team.

4-7 years of related experience

Strong Technical - HRIS / Payroll Systems skills (Ceridian preferred)

At least 6+ years of working experience as a business analyst and/or programmer

Experience working with relational databases, query authoring as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases

Experience with dashboarding using Power BI, QlikView or Tableau

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or any other technology related field

Trains and coaches managers in people processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, etc.

Counsels management in Employee Relations issues and supports them in responding to inquiries regarding people policies, procedures and programs

Professional work experience in HR in a heavily matrixed organization and working within a large, global organization

Commercial acumen - has a good overall understanding of company finances and uses this information to provide creative solutions.

Proven experience of working on strategic, as well as “hands-on” levels.

Excellent judgment, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Applies advanced skills contributing to knowledge areas within function, but not yet an expert in all.

Seasoned professional with advanced applied experience.

Makes recommendations on moderately complex issues regarding project components and tasks.

May make recommendations on new processes, tools and services; supports and contributes to development of new products, services or techniques.

Uses independent judgment requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
