Hr People Data Analyst Jobs in Iowa

Analyze, design and administer credit union compensation programs, including base pay, incentive, commission and bonuses.

· Prepare reports of data results, present and explain findings to HR leadership.

· Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

· Assess jobs to determine FLSA classification and prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales.

· Prepare and present summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.

· Partner with organizational leaders to create and administer compensation agreements for incentivized positions.

Experience in total rewards programs such as compensation and benefits administration

Experience in total rewards programs such as compensation and benefits administration, stock/equity option plan administration

Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as an HR Business or other related experience –AND-

Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Compensation analyst or other related experience

Intermediate knowledge in HR business processes and their dependencies
