Overview A Patient Support Specialist is a healthcare professional who provides support to patients and their families. They also provide information and resources to help patients and their families make informed decisions about their care. Detailed Job Description A Patient Support Specialist is responsible for providing emotional and practical support to patients and their families. They provide information and resources to help patients and their families make informed decisions about their care. They also provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them to cope with the physical and emotional challenges of their illness or injury. They may also provide assistance with medical paperwork, scheduling appointments, and coordinating care. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Certification in patient support or related field
