Detailed Job Description Patient Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They greet patients and visitors, answer phones, and provide information about the services offered by the healthcare facility. They also schedule appointments, collect payments, and provide assistance with insurance claims. They may also be responsible for verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-payments. Patient Representatives must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with patients and their families. Job Skills Required
