Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current license in Minnesota to practice as a Registered Nurse. BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire into position.

Experience: Previous experience in transfer center or access center, patient placement role, and intake RN experience.

READING - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

WRITING - Intermediate: Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, or procedures.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with program requirements and industry regulations.

Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare setting, with exposure to patient access programs, reimbursement, or market access preferred.

Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and PDMA, is an advantage.

Collaborate with the Patient Access team to ensure effective implementation and ongoing support of copay assistance, free drug, and reimbursement programs.

Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, program performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop dashboards and data visualizations to provide real-time insights on program utilization, patient enrollment, and financial impact.

Experience working in a customer service environment with some knowledge of the healthcare industry.

Experience working in an office environment.

Excellent inbound and outbound telephone rapport building skills.

Ability to multi-task with strong computer skills

Build relationships with external business partners that include physicians, attorneys, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare groups.
