Job Description

What You’ll Do
Program Support
  • Provide program and financial trend guidance to assist in the development and maintenance of program guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with program requirements and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Patient Access team to ensure effective implementation and ongoing support of copay assistance, free drug, and reimbursement programs.
Data Analysis And Reporting
  • In partnership with our existing insights and analytics team, collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, including copay program claims, free drug enrollments across payer channels, and prior authorization outcomes
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations to provide real-time insights on program utilization, patient enrollment, and financial impact.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, program performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Lead QBR reviews across copay assistance, free drug and reimbursement programs
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Market Access, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to align program objectives and ensure seamless integration with overall business strategies.
  • Work closely with Patient Support Specialists to resolve patient inquiries, address program-related challenges, and provide timely solutions.
Process Optimization
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance program processes to improve operational efficiency, increase patient enrollment, and streamline reimbursement procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation solutions, and technological tools to optimize program administration.
Compliance And Regulatory Adherence
  • Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices related to copay assistance, free drug, and reimbursement programs.
  • Ensure program compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Who You Are
You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are adaptable and can quickly grasp new concepts, disease states, and program requirements.
Qualifications
Required Skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and PDMA, is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare setting, with exposure to patient access programs, reimbursement, or market access preferred.
  • Familiarity with patient assistance programs, copay cards, reimbursement support, and specialty pharmacy operations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, business analytics, or a similar discipline).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
