Partner Revenue Analyst Jobs

You will analyze monthly forecast to actual variances and trends.  Identify drivers, concisely summarize and report findings.

You will prepare and maintain Excel based models to forecast and analyze costs.

You will perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Includes analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

Supports the testing team and business users in validating that the programs meet the requirements.

Automate jobs using shell scripting and Python within a Linux operating system.

Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

Outline potential areas of risk and develop a sufficient control.

Experience with external/internal audit (preferably with a Big4 background)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in Excel with experience in vlookups, if/then, and other formulas

Experience with Smartsheet (preferred, but not required)

2+ years of experience with external/internal audit, Sox compliance

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Upload accounting entries in the city’s Financial Management System (FMS) as well as review of expenditures and projected revenue

Coordinating with the Office of Management & Budget for FEMA related billable expenditures via PW’s (Project Worksheets)

Track and submits drawdown requests for claimed federal expenditures based on claiming frequency and reconciles received payments with Cash Management Unit.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field related to public policy, public administration, accounting or finance.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and concisely.

Strong analytical and organizational skills

System experience in ad reporting tools (Operative, Salesforce, Google Ad Manager) and BI tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy) is a plus

Recurring distribution of revenue summary reports to finance, executive leadership, and RYM Inventory and Pricing counterparts

At least 2 years of professional experience, digital media a plus

Assist in budget and forecasting process including quarter end close and reconciliations

Working with data and sales enablement teams to set up reporting tools and for proper revenue recognition and automation

1-3 years of progressive experience in a Financial Analyst or Revenue Accounting role

Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting required deadlines

Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, Netsuite, Salesforce a plus

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Finance

Evaluation and selection of a BI platform that manages current and future data needs with minimal ongoing impact to engineering resources.

Proactively recommends product and process changes to improve the partner and merchant experience as well as operational processes and systems.

3+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics

Experience with integrating and maintaining a BI platform (Looker, Tableau, etc)

Background writing SQL queries and skilled in Excel

Research and contact fund companies for outstanding payments; report monthly status for management

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience

2 - 4 years of experience in mutual fund operations

Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Review mutual fund contracts and set up all fees for accrual process

Perform quality assurance of invoices sent to mutual funds

Bachelor's Accounting degree with knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with contract review.

4 years combined experience in public accounting or corporate revenue accounting role.

Experience with SAP- posting journal entries, running reports, billing and cash posting.

10+ years of experience in the areas of Finance/Revenue/Accounting

Experience with revenue automation systems (RevPro, RAR, RevStream, RevSym, or other). RevPro experience (or other similar revenue automation tool) required.

Duties will include the following:

Work closely with corporate revenue team to fulfill statutory compliance requirements

Partner with sales, operations, and other divisional functions to optimize revenue plan and execution

Maintain accurate database for bookings, shipment, and revenue history and forecast

Fully own & maintain revenue forecast in latest revenue tool (APEX) for all BSR updates

Perform scenario planning and support the annual strategic planning process

Extract data sets, perform analyses, build actionable reports and financial models

· 2-4 years of experience in accounting, including 1-3 years revenue accounting experience (preferred)

· Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards required.

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for all revenue related accounting for the North America region.

AREAS OF FOCUS IN THIS ROLE

Minimum of 1 year experience in the Hospitality, preferably in Hotel Management

Participate in weekly revenue management meetings.

Prepare Revenue Management Report information for all related meetings.

Provide administrative support for the Revenue Management Team.

Prepare 14 Day Forecast for distribution to Management team so proper staffing levels are achieved.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in medical management, business administration, health administration or commensurate professional experience highly preferred

Manage and maintain business relationships with Operations/Clinical and Revenue Cycle business partners to maximize continued gain-sharing operation
