Assist revenue manager with daily operations pertaining to revenue, inventory management and liability/stewardship maintenance.

Recurring distribution of revenue summary reports to finance, executive leadership, and RYM Inventory and Pricing counterparts

At least 2 years of professional experience, industry experience preferred

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel modeling)

Ad hoc financial projects; revenue impact analyses scenario-based; work on new reporting based on evolving business needs

Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent experience

Manage financial reporting and close process, including variance analysis

5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

Experience with P&L components and unit economics

Manage Special Events and the daily steps for Prio

Excellent problem solving, presentation, administrative and interpersonal skills required

Assist to complete the forecast and budget

Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Strategy and Owners Meetings

Upload accounting entries in the city’s Financial Management System (FMS) as well as review of expenditures and projected revenue

Coordinating with the Office of Management & Budget for FEMA related billable expenditures via PW’s (Project Worksheets)

Track and submits drawdown requests for claimed federal expenditures based on claiming frequency and reconciles received payments with Cash Management Unit.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate field related to public policy, public administration, accounting or finance.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and concisely.

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Manage internal spend budget by maintaining tracking tools and reviewing internal agreements successes and failures.

Minimum 3-5 years related industry experience with a foodservice company

Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) with exceptional skillsets in Excel

Exceptional leadership, presentation, strategy development, communication and influencing skills.

Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
