Experience and/or strong interest in change management principles, processes, methodologies and the “people side of change”

Prosci or similar Change Management certification desired but not required

Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and key stakeholders as part of the Change Management process

Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline plus 12 years’ Change Management and/or Process Improvement experience.

A minimum of 10+ years of experience with an emphasis significant experience in the Digital Technology & Technical Writing.
