Overview Onsite Desktop Support Engineers provide technical support to end-users in an onsite environment. They are responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. Detailed Job Description Onsite Desktop Support Engineers are responsible for providing technical support to end-users in an onsite environment. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. They must be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and accurately. They must also be able to communicate effectively with users and other IT personnel. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Ability to install and configure computer systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of network protocols and security
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a technical support role
• A+ certification or other relevant certifications
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

• Knowledge of network protocols and security
