Intouch Med Supply is seeking a multiple Client Coordinators for immediate placement. This position is an integral part of supporting our patients, providers and outside sales team. At Intouch Med supply we put our patients and providers first in meeting and exceeding their expectations around care and knowledge of their supplies.
- Receiving orders by telephone or fax and preparing all necessary paperwork to ensure timely delivery and set-up.
- Reviewing and processing all necessary paperwork related to billing and collection.
- Contacting physicians, when necessary, to clarify orders received with respect to prescribed home medical equipment, services and supplies.
- Obtaining and verifying insurance coverage for all items before equipment and supplies are delivered.
- Collecting payments from clients who obtain equipment supplies with financial responsibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Identifying needed equipment and supplies and instructing clients on the safe and proper use, including maintenance.
- Reviewing, preparing and maintaining all documentation to be included as part of the client file.
- Possess excellent telephone skills and an ability to interact with clients.
- Literate and comfortable using multiple pieces of software and adept at learning new software quickly.
- Be capable of sound and mature judgment.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior knowledge of the medical field, with experience in home health care preferred .
- Minimum one-year call center or sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with additional college preferred.
