Develop and implement a strategic vision for Industrial Projects in the Americas, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Experience with Issue Resolution Management and Change Management desired.

Salary Range of $70,000-$80,000, based on numerous factors including experience, knowledge, and skill.

Manage project management reporting, including tracking each critical step, outcomes, and final deliverables

Develop, review, and revise project management processes to ensure all steps are completed in an efficient manner

Collect and consolidate management data/reports to track performance against Human Capital’s annual strategic plans

Completion of PMP certification within one year in the role is a requirement.
