Job Description

Primary Responsibilities


  • Help launch new strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to Field Operations leadership team as a functional lead and engage in High Performing Team interactions with peers.
  • Partner with other functional leaders in Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, and other Operations functions to ensure proper service delivery and solutioning of business needs.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects that improve partnership with back-office operations teams such as Moves, Loyalty, and Customer Experience functions.
  • Work with data/analytics and field information technology teams to identify improvement opportunities, find solutions, and work with field leaders to implement and measure effectiveness.
  • Assist Field Operations leadership with creating and refining senior executive presentations to effectively drive organizational understanding, alignment, and action for strategic projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects for Field Operations organization, including inventory management, quality control, opportunity conversion rates, time utilization, and efficiency of service and install work orders.


Required Skills, Experience & Education


  • Experience in project, program, and portfolio management.
  • Preferable to have accounting/financial/business analysis experience.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Skilled in statistics/data analysis to determine the impact of issues and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Advanced ability to analyze, structure, and solve problems.
  • Advanced ability in data visualization enabling executive-level review and decision making.
  • Advanced ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions.
  • MBA preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Several years of operations experience.
  • Project management people leadership experience.
  • Ability to work and influence cross functionally to drive execution and implementation of projects.
