Experience with sales and/or relationship management and networking is a strong plus.

Experience in real estate or land management including negotiations and transaction processes is a strong plus.

Identify strategic real estate investment opportunities through relationships with brokers, owners and various other contacts. Communicate recommendations to senior management.

Manage multiple special projects simultaneously in the areas or finance, organizational change, operations and state and federal programs.

Step in as required on large corporate finance projects such as raising capital, recapitalizations, project financing, etc.

Five plus years of related business analysis experience.

Knowledge and experience with an applicant tracking system and processes.

Project manages and potentially runs implementations of updated processes and HR initiatives. Assemble cross functional resources to drive project completion.

Partners with HR leadership on special projects in support of benefits, employee relations, recruiting and HRIS.

Maintains superior knowledge of industry HR practices and legal employment considerations and applies that knowledge as appropriate.

4+ years of corporate HR experience including recruitment experience.

Experience with Issue Resolution Management and Change Management desired.

Works effectively in issue tracking and issue resolution management processes

Database and data entry experience required

Experience with or knowledge of the health care and social services environment required
