Job Description

The Company:

JBAndrews is working with an industry leading Global Logistics Provider looking to add a Head of Industrial Projects - Americas to the team. This person is to be based out of North America. They're looking to spearhead further growth through effective collaboration and strategic market development across North, Central and South America.


The Role:

  • Promote effective communication and coordination across departments to maximize successes.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs whilst maximizing profit margins.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor, understanding their unique requirements.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Industrial Projects in the Americas, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business partnerships.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to industrial projects.


The Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex situations, and make sound business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • 15+ years experience within Freight Forwarding / Project Logistics
  • Ability to travel across the Americas, as required (25-30%).
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
