Allocate resources to ensure program management coverage for L&TD’s top priorities each year

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline

Oversee a team of Program Managers who ensure the successful launch of L&TD’s signature programs

Manage the L&TD budget under the guidance of L&TD leadership

5+ years experience in project and program management

Own and manage global core + career learning programs: strategy, communication, project management, implementation, transition management, success measurement and program evolution.

Create process documentation outlining best practices for curriculum creation and management.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Google’s Suite of tools.

Establish governance across our suite of offerings and other tools

5+ years in Learning Experience Design, content strategy, and writing experience

Strong prioritization and time management skills with attention to detail

Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver impactful learning experiences, including instructor-led training, train-the-trainer, e-learning modules and other relevant formats.

Experience working with TWI methodology

Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.

Proficient knowledge of computers and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs and Gmail.

Responsible for the operational processes for the company's e-learning platform

Assist in evaluating current and proposed systems and procedures

Recommends changes when necessary and assists in the implementation of new processes

Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills

Serves as a primary administrator of our company Learning Management System (LMS); overseeing the day-to-day operations of the system

Bachelor’s Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Awareness of change management fundamentals

Develops expert level technical knowledge in the operation of the LMS and its interfaces with HR, Payroll, and other systems
