7+ years of experience in educational administration, training, or municipal government and full-time faculty experience in a university or college setting.

Manage the budget and resources for the training programs.

Masters degree in education, public administration, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Develop and execute the strategic plan for municipal leadership development programs.

Intermediate experience in Learning Management System (LMS) administration

Strong project and time management skills

Must have classroom presentation skills, possess strong relationship building abilities and influencing skills to pull people together around common goals.

Pay Rate: $69,000.00 negotiable depending on experience and education

School Experience : High school experience and exposure to a diverse set of school models demonstrating strong student outcomes preferred.

Fellows Selection : Participate in the Case Study and Final Interview components of the Fellowship selection process.

Organizational Leadership : Has led or significantly contributed to the fiscal and operational health of a non-profit organization.

Can be based anywhere in the United States

5-7 years of progressive experience with talent development, leadership development, and/or talent management

Experience with talent management systems, learning management systems, and e-learning platforms

In-depth knowledge of talent management and development strategies, best practices, and industry trends

Excellent critical thinking, decision making, and project management skills

Design, implement, and sustain leadership development programs and experiences that build leadership capabilities and strengthen the talent pipeline.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management and leadership development initiatives and programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning Design & Technology, Instructional Design or related field required.

Own and manage end-to-end program and project administration, preparation, communication, marketing, facilitation, participant engagement, tracking and measurement.

Manage and leverage external vendor partnerships. As appropriate, lead and navigate contract negotiations.

Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication, consultation and facilitation skills.

Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to balance tactical and strategic-thinking and execution.

Deep subject matter expertise and experience with innovative and best practice learning and leadership

The salary for this role is $60,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications listed above.
