Manage systems related to development programs

Collaborate with Certification Director to prepare reports to executive leadership and Board of Directors measuring the effectiveness of MBE development activities

Ability to research and develop educational and support programming

Ability to analyze and develop long term strategy for Client's educational programming

Proven experience with application/systems, performance monitoring techniques, methods and metrics.

Performance management, develop standard operating procedures related to training, and managing the State Charitable Contributions program

Maintaining the learning management system ensuring it is up to date with relevant content for various programs

Project planning, curriculum design and development, training delivery for upskilling course and determining learning outcomes

Design, develop, and deliver online certifications as needed

Manage the training programs and processes

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Bachelor's degree and relevant training in a relevant field such as business, finance, education, or nonprofit management (advanced degree preferred).

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for program delivery, participant engagement, and data management.

Knowledge of impact investing, sustainable finance, and responsible investment practices preferred, or proven ability to quickly learn new topics.

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies and experience in collecting, and analyzing program data.

Training programs for UHNWIs and wealth managers that translate insights into practice

·Oversee the development, implementation, and management of third-party deed restriction programs.

·Assist with the compilation and preparation of various management reports as assigned.

·Manage, lead, and mentor staff related to specific program eligibility and compliance documentation.

·Oversee the underwriting of complex consumer loan requests specifically related to federal and state programmatic requirements.

·Review credit files to ensure compliance with policies and escalate discrepancies and/or variances when identified.

Combination of education and experience

Manages and develops knowledge resources serving mid-career architectural professionals, including education programming, written resources, and website postings.

Prepares management reports and documents the progress of projects and strategic initiatives, as necessary.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
