Job Description
Job Responsibilities


The Program Manager is responsible for administrative activities to include maintaining inventory, assisting with class scheduling, and managing a set of programs and scholarships. The Program Manager is responsible for working with students to include student advisement and tracking students throughout the training and employment process for training success, employment readiness, and employment status in multiple programs. The Program Manager will additionally oversee data collection and evaluation of program objectives and assist the Program Director with all other duties assigned. Must have knowledge, expertise, and certification/registration in the field of healthcare such as Emergency Medical Services, Direct Patient Care, and/or Medical Office functions. The Program Manager will teach four classes per year. Must be flexible and able to adjust to varying work schedules. Local travel required.

This position is located on the Harbison Campus in the Corporate and Continuing Education – Health Care department.


Minimum And Additional Requirements


A bachelor's degree and related training development program experience.


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with three (3) years of RN nursing experience including at least one (1) year in long term care nursing and three (3) years of teaching experience.
