Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for RES frontline leaders, including leadership development, communication skills, engagement, and other relevant topics
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
