Job Details


The Asset Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial real estate properties and ensuring the value of the assets are maximized.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze and monitor market trends and conditions to make informed decisions about the portfolio
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for value-add investments
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Negotiate and renew lease agreements with tenants
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for properties in the portfolio
  • Manage budgets, cash flow, and revenue projections
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the properties are being properly maintained
  • Manage and oversee property management contractors and service providers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders


Qualifications


  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, practices, and regulations
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management within the commercial real estate industry
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of commercial assets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong team leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or a related field
