In-bound and out-bound calls to and from prospective customers who need our product

Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns

Match tutors with students based on personality, interests, and skill level across 20 markets throughout the US.

Receive frequent coaching and feedback, as well as ongoing training and development, to continuously hone your sales skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with many types of people.

Experience working in an environment with shifting priorities and ability to learn new systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with a CRM database.

Experience working in a small, entrepreneurial environment a plus.

Attend sales meetings, seminars or educational activities to stay current with market trends, regulations and maintain state licensing

6 months retail sales and/or customer service experience

Offer to selected candidate will be made contingent on the results of applicable background checks

Agents working past 6pm, local time, are eligible for a shift premium

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are eligible for a bilingual premium

Closing deals and bringing closes to conclusion so the account management team can pick up and start the client engagement process.

Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound communications with prospects

Work inbound sales leads in an efficient manner and successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

Passion for the mental wellness industry and an ability to speak knowledgeably about the space

Excellent written skills with attention to grammar and tone

Critical reading and keen listening skills
