Training: Starts on day one and runs for 6 - 8 weeks, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday –Friday

Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Develop a deep understanding of Gameday’s service offerings and upsell clients

Work closely with other teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software (ActiveCampaign preferred).
