Job Description
The HR Systems Analyst will provide support to the enterprise within a variety of HR Systems with a focus on Performance/Compensation Suite (Succession Planning). They will also assist with ADP, TalentReef Recruiting Management Suite and other HR software/systems. This position works with both HRIS and functional HR. This individual will consult with Operational Leaders, HR, and other key stakeholders to create, configure, and maintain software applications. They will focus on creating viable templates and process for Performance Management and Compensation, ensuring optimization, and troubleshooting of the software applications. He/she will be responsible to build, test, and support new functionality/enhancements/patches and modules within the portfolio. By working with business owners, vendors, and internal team members, the Administrator will seek to understand and document the user problems, project requests, evaluate and recommend solutions to complex business requests and requirements.


Responsibilities


  • Creates and shares custom reporting and dashboards that provide appropriate and timely information to support management, Operational Leadership and HR in complex business analysis and decisions.
  • Designs, Refreshes, and Implements the configuration and QA process to support the businesses performance management and talent management processes, including forms sections, templates, workflows, goals and competencies.
  • Assists with system conversions and upgrades to include data conversion, data mapping, data analysis, integration of business process best practices, management of temporary consulting resources assisting with implementation initiative.
  • Manages all integrations to/from talent systems and HCM Solutions.
  • Works with Operational and HR Leadership to ensure that Talent Systems are configured to ensure a positive experience for users and management.
  • Trains users on system features and capabilities, creates training tools and guides.
  • Provides long-term maintenance, support and management of HR Systems. leverage both industry and Talent system best practices when partnering with the business lead and partners in the configuration of the platform.
  • Analyzes and reports service ticket trends to work toward reducing the number of tickets submitted and recognizing immediate or future needs to address any negative impacts to the QA process or end user experience.
  • Documents and analyzes requirements (e.g. business system, security, conversion, and report), develop detailed data, functional design and document specifications, and assist with conversion, testing, training, and other project needs throughout the development life cycle.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required, including cross-training and supporting various HRIS applications, processes and reporting. Assist with special projects as required.


Qualifications


  • 3+ years of HRIS Systems Analyst experience and Systems Admin/configuration management within a Performance Management System, Cornerstone's SaaS Performance/Compensation Suite preferably, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
  • Demonstrated technical and functional proficiency with Cornerstone Performance Suite (including Succession Management in a SaaS environment)
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think independently, take corrective action, and to resolve employee inquiries and requests for information.
  • Basic HTML Coding Knowledge
  • Strongly preferred: in-depth working knowledge of relational databases and SQL. Experience with TalentReef administration is a plus as well.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interface effectively with various levels of personnel in discussions and explanations of complex information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels within the organization, with agencies and vendors.
  • Broad knowledge of systems and functions, including development, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, and system testing and evaluation.
  • Ability to provide strategic advice and guidance that results in highly effective solutions
