Job Description

Lakeshore Talent is currently seeking a SuccessFactors HRIS Analyst for one of their clients, a global organization based out of Denver, Colorado. This is a remote 6-month contract position to start and pays $90 - $103 per hour (depending on experience).

As the HR Business Analyst, you will ensure the proper design, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Global Human Resource systems, primarily SAP and the SuccessFactors suite with the Global People strategy.


Job Duties:

  • Provide support for HR, including researching and resolving HR problems, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business requirements.
  • Maintain and ensure CORE configuration, testing and functionality are complete and up to date.
  • Identify and support implementation of innovative processes or changes that support the goals and objectives of the HR function and workforce experience.
  • Coordinate system related projects and process improvement: integration implementations, enhancements and upgrade activities HR processes, policies, and practices that impact accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system administration documentation, updating regularly as determined by evolving business needs and processes.
  • Provide support to understand, collect and document requirements for technology solutions, including business process mapping and redesign, testing coordination, training and system post go live stabilization.
  • Liaise with global HR stakeholders to identify, define, and ensure governance of levels of systems access/user profiles.
  • Partner and communicate efficiently across the global HR team and with IT.
  • Participate as business or technical lead for the continued implementation and improvement of the CORE and other global HR systems to ensure continued adoption of best practices and continuous improvement practices.
  • Support documentation of enhancement and business process requirements, test scenarios and defect tracking and resolution.
  • Coordinate SuccessFactors enhancements and updates, including the systematic components of the annual Rewards and Recognition cycle and HR global business systems projects.


Qualifications:

  • Expertise in the use and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionality is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • 6-10 years of relevant human resources experience or combination of education and experience in process design and technology support.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience with the SuccessFactors suite (including but not limited to EC, RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM, Compensation, LMS, and Analytics)
  • High level of knowledge of human resources processes as well as knowledge of end-to-end development processes.
  • Experience in Project Management, systems implementation, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
  • Experience working with global ERP or other computer based human resources systems.
  • Ability to build understanding and develop processes and data governance.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including the ability to efficiently utilize.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
