Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping management experience.

Hospitality housekeeping management a plus.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

Verifies that the team has the capabilities to meet expectations.

Verifies that all team members meet or exceed all hospitality requirements.

Assists in performing required annual Quality audit with General Manager (GM) & Regional Director (RD).

Managing and Monitoring Activities that Affect the Guest Experience

Verifies that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity.

Evidence of (6) six months of customer service experience (can include volunteer work)

Experience in customer service to a diverse group of people

Experience in communicating verbally to large groups of people

Evidence of effective communication skills

Scan tickets from patrons and ensure tickets are valid for event

Direct the housekeeping team and act as a liaison between housekeeping team and General Manager

Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.

Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.

Be proficient at all Housekeeping systems and processes.
