Housekeeping Floor Manager Jobs in Arizona

Demonstrated skill in operating and maintaining equipment

Knowledge of floor care procedures.

Skill with chemical solution and dilution ratios

Performing routine carpet and hard surface floor restoration and maintenance in the community's common areas.

Performing minor repairs on an as needed basis.repairs. Cleans common areas of the community.

Must possess a valid and current driver's license and Fingerprint Clearance Card, where applicable.

Advanced computer skills: data entry, Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a housekeeping supervisory capacity at a Five Diamond resort.

Previous experience in a guest service capacity.

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking the English/Spanish language.

Proven ability to focus attention on details, follow up, and remain well organized.

Track record exhibiting the ability to prioritize projects and assignments.
