Job Description

Pacifica Hotels is actively searching for a Housekeeping Manager to join the team at Seacliff Inn Seacliff Inn, Tapestry Collection by Hilton located in beautiful Aptos, CA. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Manager will work with their team to ensure rooms are cleaned to Pacifica Hotel standards.

Core functions of the position, but are not limited to the following;
  • Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention.
  • Clean guestrooms to Pacifica Hotel Company standards.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
  • Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
  • Direct the housekeeping team and act as a liaison between housekeeping team and General Manager
  • Be proficient at all Housekeeping systems and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
  • Turn items left in guestrooms into Lost & Found.
  • Maintain complete security of keys checked out. Never leave property with a key.
  • Follow Pacifica Hotel Company policy for room amenities.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000/annually
