Overview A Hospitality Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. They are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining existing relationships. They must be able to effectively communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service. Detailed Job Description A Hospitality Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. They must be able to negotiate contracts and manage accounts. They must be able to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
