Job Description
Please Assist Me is an apartment task service that empowers working professionals by allowing them to outsource their weekly chores to their own personal assistant team. We are currently accepting applications for a Housekeeping & Hospitality Manager who is willing to train assistants in completing chores (cleaning, organization,etc.) and supervising a team. We pride ourselves in providing 5-star experiences and are looking for someone who can train the team and introduce hospitality best practices. Attention to detail, leadership ability, and a positive attitude are a must.


This position will be in charge of overseeing our Residential Personal Assistants. You will be training the team to complete the following tasks:


  • Running Errands: Instructing the team on how to complete various errands and chores. Must also be comfortable running miscellaneous errands like taking mail to the post office, picking up dry cleaning, shopping for groceries, and other deliveries on behalf of residents
  • House Cleaning: Training on how to complete combination of chores to maintain private households in an efficient and orderly manner. Duties include dusting, hand washing dishes and cleaning kitchen countertops, cooking utensils, and silverware, thorough cleanse of all counters throughout home, fluffing pillows and folding blankets in the living room, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors in designated areas of the home, emptying wastebaskets, and recycling
  • Overall Hospitality: Instructing the team on how to interact with residents and apartment staff to create magical experiences


Requirements


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be available Monday - Friday 10 AM - 5 PM
  • Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
  • Pays EXTREME attention to detail
  • Organized and able to follow a schedule
  • Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
  • Ability to train and lead a team
  • Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties


PREFERENCES BUT NOT REQUIREMENTS:


  • Drivers license and car
