We are seeking a skilled and motivated healthcare recruiter to join our team, responsible for recruiting licensed therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and operations team members. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and networking to attract top talent, manage our LinkedIn and social media presence, and utilize our ATS (JazzHR) and HRIS (Rippling) effectively. This is a remote position based in Oregon, but some travel will be required to events and job fairs in the Portland metro area.


Essential Job Duties


Support the full cycle recruiting process, including but not limited to:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, creating and posting compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s social media presence to showcase the organization as an attractive employer.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability and cultural fit.
  • Participates in meetings and trainings as needed
  • Utilize JazzHR to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for therapist, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and operations positions through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, networking, social media and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, events and networking functions to promote the organization and identify potential candidates.


Qualifications


  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using various sourcing strategies to find and attract candidates.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably JazzHR, and HRIS systems like Rippling.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel for job fairs and events when necessary.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to leverage social media for recruitment purposes.
  • Knowledge of mental health industry and local talent market in the Portland metro area is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience as a full-cycle healthcare recruiter, preferably with a focus on mental health professionals such as therapists and nurse practitioners.

Physical Requirements


  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times


Compensation And Benefits


Base salary is $70,000-$110,000 annually, through base plus commissions


PTO Two (2) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)


  • On your 1-year anniversary date, you will be front-loaded 4 weeks of PTO
