President of Communities and Resort Responsibilities:

Set the company's strategy and direction

Create and build the company's culture

2 years of management experience preferred in a direct care setting.

Schedule, manage, and train camp hosts through orientation, meetings, and in-the-moment coaching to provide an exceptional camp experience.

Manage the camps before and aftercare.

Administer and develop a safe carpool experience to ensure efficiency.

Manage Camp programming for youth participants using the Fab Lab’s Make_X Grid System.

Collaborate with various Education departments to create content and design programs to implement for workshops.

Three (3) to five (5) years related experience in youth or public program facilitation required; Bachelors is a plus.

Experience teaching in formal or informal settings is preferred. Camp settings is a plus.

Experience with 2D & 3D design software, and technical instruction a plus.

Individual must possess excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong editing, data management, administrative, organizational and computer skills

Minimum of 5 years experience within a public education environment preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, education, communications, or other related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in community and family engagement

Minimum of 5 years experience in developing programs for students

Minimum of 1 year Leadership experience

Experience with youth or public program design, facilitation and management.

Strong organizational skill is required, as well as effective resource management (material and staff)

Coordinate marketing materials with Museum internal departments, including but not limited to External Affairs, Guest Experiences and Special Events.

Ensure the delivery of engaging and dynamic programming for youth participating in all Camps programs.

Required Skills, Education and Certifications

Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice

Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure

Basic computer skills, as well as overall technical savviness

Minimum 2 years of caregiving, home health, or facility experience is required

Flexibility. Potential full-time or part-time hours. Shifts are typically between 8-12 hours.

Prior experience in online community management.

Identify tools and resources for section operations and management for the volunteers.

Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, marketing, or related field.

Prior work experience in non-profit, education and or marketing.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Working knowledge of full Microsoft Office Suite.

Help counselors identify and respond to camper behavior issues in a timely manner.

Know and understand all emergency policies and procedures associated with Camp programs.

Collaborate with Enrollment Management and other departments on campus to meet common objectives of the University.

Help to implement appropriate risk management plans, transportation coordination, and scheduling of all Pre-College Outreach Engagement events.

Aid in the hiring, training, and management of camp mentors

Bachelor’s Degree required; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education – after 6 months of full-time service education benefits are available for employee, spouse, and dependent children

Manage and be able to demonstrate program relevance to youth and their families and eliminate obstacles and barriers to participation

Specific License or Certification Required:

Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Materials Utilization

Collaborate with the underwriting team, transaction management, fund manager, construction and property management.

Stay abreast of business trends and provide recommendations, bidding & recommendations for management of ancillary income opportunities.

Monitor cash position of each investment, manage capital needs in accordance with loan docs, asset preservation and all regulatory requirements.

15+ years RV Resort experience

Food and Beverage experience preferred

Work with the site manager to develop a written, defined plan for prompt turnaround of every underperforming asset.

Create and maintain master calendar for corporate partnership activations and fan experiences.

A strong understanding and knowledge of the logistics within a basketball game, preferred.
