🏡 This Director of Communities position is a remote role, with preference given to candidates based in Phoenix, Arizona.

💸 We provide excellent compensation based on experience, starting at $90k-100k/ year with potential for additional end-of-year bonus based on performance.

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Director of Communities, your primary role will be to provide direction and leadership to our Communities Team in the mission of creating and fostering powerful communities that nurture our Mastermind members at all stages of their journey.

In the role, you will drive the strategic vision of our Communities across Mastermind, including free and paid groups. As a leader, you will ensure the Communities Team is moving in alignment with the overarching company goals, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Working cross-functionally with coaching, design, and copy teams to develop relevant, impactful and engaging content inspired by Community feedback, industry research and company goals to support members at all stages of their journey with Mastermind.
• Coordinating communication and engagement between our internal Mastermind team and Community members
• Creating the content strategies and content roadmaps for monthly community challenges, community polls, surveys, coaching content, etc.
• Running monthly challenges.
• Facilitating In-Conversations with Internal Mastermind team members, Mastermind Community members and industry experts.

Additional responsibilities and outcomes include:

• Coordinating communication and engagement between our internal Mastermind team and Community members
• Creating a positive, motivating and supportive atmosphere
• Collaborating with other coaches and support staff to enhance the overall coaching experience and maintain program consistency.
• Taking ownership of the Customer Journey and nurturing Community members through our Mastermind ecosystem.
• Upholding Mastermind’s coaching principles and values, ensuring all interactions align with our mission and vision.
• Staying updated on industry trends, coaching best practices, and relevant topics to enrich the coaching program's content and discussions.
• Providing exceptional leadership and coaching to the Communities Team to ensure we are constantly improving.

REQUIREMENTS

• A proficient understanding of relevant analytics to inform data-driven decisions.
• 3-4+ years proven experience as an online community leader, with a track record of fostering digital engaging, meaningful and interactive experiences within a virtual environment.
• Confidence in navigating digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook (Groups) and Circle.
• Demonstrated commitment to being present within the Mastermind community online.
• High level of organization and time management skills to manage role responsibilities effectively
• Openness to learning and adapting as our digital environment shifts and improves.
• 2-3+ years proven experience as a team leader, with a track record of upholding team expectations and providing necessary leadership and training to ensure team success.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas, data and solutions across the organization.
