President Of Communities And Resorts

We are seeking a President of Communities and Resorts for a real estate investment firm based out of Jacksonville, FL. The President is responsible for executing on the owner's vision in architecting the newly created Outdoor Resorts platform. This executive leader must be hands-on in building and leading all aspects of the division's operations including leading people operations, property management, marketing, and Food & Beverage operations.

Base Salary: $250,000-$275,000 + Bonus Potential up to 100%

President of Communities and Resort Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and hospitality leadership to the business plan, amenity set, and design
• Oversee and drive team to achieve goals
• Set the company's strategy and direction
• Create and build the company's culture

President of Communities and Resorts Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality (Resorts, RV Parks, Communities) executive management
• Strong integrity and accountability
• Experience launching a new brand
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
