  • Collaborate with the PR and Community Specialist to create inclusive events for in-game entertainment that is representative of our communities.
  • Lead all in-game elements, including creating game scripts, serving as show caller for all home games, and managing all game presentation prop inventory.
  • Act as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization in and out of the arena during all games and camps.
  • Coordinate with ticket sales and marketing staff to implement strategies that apply to revenue and brand goals.
  • Work alongside Trail Blazers Game Operations & Events Department to assist in shared resources and ideation of new activations as needed.
  • Create and maintain master calendar for corporate partnership activations and fan experiences.
  • Oversee two game night employees.
  • Develop and implement on-court games, contests, and activations, with a focus on fan interactions during pre-game, halftime, and game breaks.
  • Work alongside creative team to develop dynamic and engaging video content including game opening and player introduction sequences.
Qualifications:
WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Strong logistical ability when it comes to planning and implementing events and/or travel.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively for real-time solutions.
