Pay Rates $19-$28 per hour (varies by experience)

We are actively seeking highly qualified MAs and CNAs to provide senior living communities with supplemental staffing support (floor work) as well as working with distinguished VIP clientele in their own homes.

Concierge Nursing Referral Services is an established, premier nursing referral service branch of TheKey that offers placement assistance for certified/licensed clinicians to work with distinguished VIP clientele in their own home, leading hospitals, and top-tier facilities.

• Flexibility. Potential full-time or part-time hours. Shifts are typically between 8-12 hours.

Essential Functions

• Deliver exceptional care to the dedicated client (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, transportation to appointments, etc.)
• Prompt and effective communication with appropriate parties (doctor, family, office, etc.) when necessary
• Provide skilled nursing services as prescripted by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice
• Meet all documentation requirements according to referral agency policy and procedure
• Coordinate and obtain supplies necessary for client (ie DME, wound care supplies, medications, etc.)
• Assist client and/or family with training as needed

Required Skills, Education and Certifications

• Must be reliable, dependable, and on time
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of caregiving, home health, or facility experience is required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Basic computer skills, as well as overall technical savviness
• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision or training
