Coordinates / manages category team meetings with R&D, SCM, SQM, Service and other relevant stakeholders.

Manages and maintains spend and volume analytics through the lifecycle of category strategies, conversion and distribution.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Master’s Degree in Business Management or related field.

10+ years of experience in procurement or in a related industry or field.

Establish and manage critical supply relationships that provide access to leading technologies and capabilities

Provide end-to-end category leadership, serving as the global manager for molding within 3M Strategic Sourcing

Create solutions for complex and multi-faceted problems, which requires ingenuity, creativity, innovation, and strong analytical skills

Manage change through effective project goal definition, scenario planning, data analysis, action tracking, and stakeholder alignment

Developing a mature third party risk management program with a cross disciplinary team including Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Security

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Working with our Finance team to optimize our purchasing process

Facilitating heads of business to implement processes to manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements

Establishing and manage an RFP framework tailored to each department's business needs

BA or BS degree preferably in Supply Chain/Operations Management, minimum in a business/industrial related field

Development of global sourcing strategies using category management methodology

Proven success in a change management and “stretch” environment

Excellent working knowledge of industrial markets, suppliers and company requirements

Manages complex multi-year supplier relationships aligned to enable our front-end portfolio strategies

Provides oversight to sourcing/project managers on the deployment of projects with internal and external stakeholders

5 or more years of management level experience in procurement and contract management is required (e.g. buying, procurement, sourcing)

Global category management experience preferred

Experience in contract development, execution and management

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

5 or more years of indirect procurement experience with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility

Experience leading global procurement initiatives for enterprise-wide service categories

Project management, organizational change and partnership skills

Degree level or equivalent qualifications

5+ years of experience in a global, matrixed environment sourcing direct materials (Raw Materials, Packaging)

Experience with Sourcing/Procurement tools and methodologies, including RFPs, Cost Models/Should Cost/Clean Sheet, Negotiations, and Contracts

Working knowledge of commodity hedging (preferably energy)

Systems – Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and MRP systems (SAP preferred)

Assist Procurement Manager on more sophisticated projects.

Analytical skills including proposal assessment that simply portrays key insights and concrete recommendations.

Understands and applies knowledge of contracts and key clauses, business terms vs risk and legal

Develop and maintain an annual supplier management plan, including forecasted spend, savings expectations and performance objectives.

Help the Business conduct post contract management and facilitate Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with key (top 20%) Suppliers.

Personally develops, leads, and manages larger sub-categories.

Be knowledgeable in best procurement practice for the category (sub-categories).

Work in collaboration with Finance, Legal, IT, Compliance, Internal Audit/Risk and other functions to ensure compliance to policies and audit remediation.

Experience in implementing change management.

Ensure proactive risk management strategy as well as partnering with supply planning team to ensure timely problem solving of supply issues.

Develops and manage continuous improvement pipeline to deliver significant year over year productivity.

Ensures timely and accurate maintenance of Oracle Costs Accounting Systems. Establish standard costs and manage monthly PPV review process.

5+ years of progressively increasing responsibility, experience in both procurement and subject matter area supported preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering or Food Science.

Minimum of 7 + years’ experience in a product management, strategic sourcing or category management role is preferred.

Ownership of assigned product category performance and management of the overall strategy within their respective channel of responsibility.

Deep understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management principles and application

Advanced financial analytical skills and experience in enhancing value through negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree with master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., MBA, CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP) preferred.

At least 5 of experience with specific category(ies) is required.

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills is highly desired.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Process Management and Negotiations Skills.

Knowledge of Managed Service / outcome-based agreements.

Demonstrate results in cost management and cost reduction activities.

Contract Management: Must have the ability to understand legal risk mitigation development.

Manages the development, administration, communication and reporting of Itron’s diversity, equity and inclusion program, business activities, policies, and procedures.

Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing etc., to validate and refine identified opportunities.

Strong project management or other leadership experience

Manage/co-lead regular media review meeting together with Country and Commercial media teams and Marketing Leads

Drive a media investment shift towards online media with fact-based approach in relevant commercial units.

Deploy and lead commercial relationships with digital/media/social/data sourcing solutions partners

Bachelor’s degree required: B.S Business. MBA or M.S preferred

Effective evaluation and management of potential risks in the supplier based (financial, reputational, technical and value add capabilities

Project management certification is an asset

Effective management of category contracting activities. Compliance in internal and external audit and other procurement governance KPIs

Strong background in procurement category management in FMCG companies, sourcing negotiations, contract administration/ negotiation, senior marketing stakeholders management

Define how each of the main suppliers will be managed and what the approach will be with each supplier

Define scope of spend and collect, identify and validate requirements of stakeholder (volumes, specifications and service levels)
