Job Description
Job Title: Global Procurement Manager, Enterprise

Reports to: Senior Global Procurement Manager

Location: US Remote
The Role
The Global Procurement Manager is a strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional business partners to develop category strategy that optimizes value creation for the enterprise. The Global Procurement Manager will support the Global Procurement Team by leading strategic initiatives that improve Deckers total cost of ownership, while strengthening key partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. A strong candidate will lead with authenticity and integrity, thrive in a team-oriented environment, possess a passion for continuous improvement, embrace ambiguity, and utilize structured problem solving to drive business improvements on a global scale.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Leading the creation and execution of sourcing strategies for multiple service categories including the development of category goals, implementation timelines, resource planning and value delivery. Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify risks, support prioritized business objectives, and implement operational improvements. Building intelligence and delivering actionable insights across categories using data driven decision making.

We’d love to hear from people with
  • ERP system and CLM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with eProcurement Source-to-Pay tools desirable
  • Experience leading global procurement initiatives for enterprise-wide service categories
  • Experience in Oracle iProcurement preferred
  • Strong understanding of global strategy implementation and oversight
  • Proven record of leading the development and implementation of category strategies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a multi-step sourcing process
  • 5 or more years of indirect procurement experience with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibility
  • Global category management experience preferred
  • Experience in contract development, execution and management
  • 5 or more years of management level experience in procurement and contract management is required (e.g. buying, procurement, sourcing)

$115,000 - $125,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your preferred location during the hiring process.
