Developing a mature third party risk management program with a cross disciplinary team including Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Security

Working with our Finance team to optimize our purchasing process

Facilitating heads of business to implement processes to manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements

Establishing and manage an RFP framework tailored to each department's business needs

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Deep understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management principles and application

Advanced financial analytical skills and experience in enhancing value through negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree with master’s degree or advanced certification (e.g., MBA, CPM, CPSM, CPSC, PMP) preferred.

At least 5 of experience with specific category(ies) is required.

Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills is highly desired.

Effective evaluation and management of potential risks in the supplier based (financial, reputational, technical and value add capabilities

Project management certification is an asset

Effective management of category contracting activities. Compliance in internal and external audit and other procurement governance KPIs

Strong background in procurement category management in FMCG companies, sourcing negotiations, contract administration/ negotiation, senior marketing stakeholders management

Define how each of the main suppliers will be managed and what the approach will be with each supplier

Define scope of spend and collect, identify and validate requirements of stakeholder (volumes, specifications and service levels)

Salary Range - $105,000-$130,000 annually - Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Proven skills in Negotiating, Networking, and Project Management

Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software

Manage and accurately maintain all pricing within ERP system with ongoing reconciliation with the Finance department

Manage new supplier implementations with key external vendors and supplier performance KPIs to support ongoing contract management and regular business reviews

Strong project management and organizational skills required to implement multiple projects in a timely manner to meet required deadlines

Establish project milestones by management and maintenance of a new product development tracker.

Build personal and professional development through intensive training opportunities i.e. regular feedback sessions with staff and management

Proficient computer skills in MS Office; Microsoft Project experience or equivalent is a plus

Ability to interact with varying levels of management in cross-functional teams

Develop a deep knowledge of the packaging category, competitors, trends, regional variations, emerging innovations, and consumer insights.
