• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operation and/or related industry.

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO 9001:2008 and KPI-driven management operating system.

• Well-developed strategic planning, business, and financial management skills (i.e., pricing, forecasting, budget planning, etc.).

• Collaborative management style and a strategic team player.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, management, and inter-department staff.

• Global experience is required.

Skill set - Necessary Skills

· Strong expertise and domain knowledge of Telecom Network Services is mandatory.

· Experience in managing global operations with direct accountability for P&L.

· Experience of managing complex and large global transitions

Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Strong understanding of financial management, analysis, and reporting, with a track record of delivering strategic financial insights.

Drive process improvements within the finance function, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience within the manufacturing, technology, or supply chain industries is highly desirable.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

Strong knowledge and experience with modern Data & Analytics platforms including Data Lake, Data Bricks, ML Ops, AI and ML capabilities

Hands-on knowledge of current technology standards/trends coupled with a desire to continually expand personal knowledge/skills

Working Knowledge of Data Streaming or similar capabilities such as Kafka, Kinesis, etc.

Manage the engagement / coordination across delivery teams to ensure high quality project delivery within scope, timeframe, and budgets

Mentor and coach engineering teams to increase skill levels and drive quality.
