Enterprise-wide Role Overview:

This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research and resolution of various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities of the role include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, creating reports and completing exception processing.


LOB Specific :

Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of varied problems. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and report generation, and exception processing. Coordinates the implementation of products/services and operational solutions. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Incumbents have full working knowledge of operations environment acquired through experience in an operations environment and on the job training. Individuals typically have 2 to 4 years of experience.


Responsible for any of the following tasks and specific assignments may vary in order to achieve proper segregation of responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of varied problems
  • Monitoring ticklers and taking appropriate action
  • Inputting and balancing batch work to the loan system
  • Preparing and processing general ledger entries
  • Provide specialized processing support
  • Answering ACD line to assist the line partners with issues and providing prompt service for resolution.
  • Posting of transactions to customer accounts
  • Loan system account reconciliation of LIQ
  • Performing limited variance analysis at the request of finance partners
  • Monitoring and clearing items rejected from systems and automated processes
  • Performing maintenance to customer accounts


Required Skills:

  • Prior Loan IQ System or Automated Financial System (AFS) experience required.
  • Some understanding of credit structures, documentation, and Loan accounting principles
  • Effective prioritization of multiple tasks, balancing quality and productivity
  • Excellent phone skills
