Outstanding leadership and collaboration skills with Order Administration, Customer Service, and Global Service Providers.

· Operational management required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Budget: Direct management of $20M+ budget. Responsible for fiscal analysis and developing plans to manage costs.

Manage inventory accurately and within cycle count policy requirements.

At least 10 years of distribution or logistics experience along with a minimum of 5 years managing other managers or supervisors

Strong computer skills with knowledge of WMS, ERP, and other business applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and TEAMS.

Manage short, medium and long-term strategy and operations at Dayton facility.

Evaluate options for and potentially implement in-house transportation management, including team, tools and processes, and transition smoothly from current organization.

Support business in projects like specific packaging / customer requirements by providing relevant solutions at a reasonable cost.

Provide annual and monthly operating budget plans, analysis and reconciliation to Finance.

Monitor and challenge the current 3PL to ensure perfect execution of the operations at a stable cost.

Support strategic logistic network evolution to integrate the local production plant and distribution center in the network.

Coach and mentor team of four direct reports (freight buyer, warehouse manager and two planners)

Oversee import operations including drayage and containers getting shipped directly to customers

Understanding of fundamental inventory management principles

Manage a robust Reverse Logistics program to maximize inventory value by reconditioning / refurbishment / redeployment / resale / decommissioning

Manage a disciplined warehouse / distribution hub environment

Manage several internal altafiber delivery / inventory locations

Ensure compliance with OSHA and Sarbanes/Oxley requirements

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with experience leading teams; ability to coach and empower others and to develop talent

Strong analytical and information technology skills; understanding of new and emerging supply chain management systems

Assess the existing and future requirements of the market unit to deliver optimal, effective and cost-efficient Customer Experience for the unit

4+ years operational experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Operations / Logistics Operations

2+ years operational experience in direct store delivery (DSD), Preferred

Provide direction, leadership, and focus to the market unit’s warehousing, inventory and distribution functions

5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a 3PL management role.

Experience with logistics management software is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Manage the logistics budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary limits.

Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations and logistics processes.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience with management of international staff and proven track record of driving results through remote management

Seven years of management or executive leadership in a Freight Forwarding or Global Logistics environment

MS Office suite skills and experience (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint)

Experience creating and bringing in house Customs Brokerage

Equivalent industry experience is also accepted

Assist sales in developing new customers in the market

Three or more years international transportation management/analysis experience, i.e., Ocean freight import/export related business.

Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Good analytical, negotiating, and problem -solving skills.

Possess excellent organizational and process skills, ability to multi-task.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, specifically Excel and Access.

Responsible for tracking and tracing shipments from overseas origin to US destinations.

Commercial knowledge with an excellent understanding of P&L & Financial planning & cost management

8-10 years experience in Contract Logistics warehouse operations with at least 3 years management experience in France

Project management and implementation Project, including contract negotiation, and operational implementation of warehouse and contract logistics business.

Local / Regional / global Management team

Six Sigma or Lean deep knowledge/certification will be a plus

Good analytical skills to translate and understand complex business processes and the ability to transform these into operational concepts

Core competencies: sense of urgency, attention to detail, time management, excellent written and verbal communication skills

Manage processing of shipments in ERP system.

Manage direct connection with Freight Forwarders, Couriers, Customs Broker and Trucking companies.

3-5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain or related field

Trade/Customs compliance and garments classification experience is a plus

Education: 4-year college degree preferred

Establish and implement warehousing, logistics and order management / fulfillment best practices with our global logistics teams

Establish partnerships with key LSPs to optimize our global logistics efficiencies, speed to market, on time shipping and spend management

Partner with inventory management, FP&A and compliance teams to ensure our inventory management principles and processes are being adhered to globally

Facilitate global 3PL and LSP RFPs, suggesting and recommending vendor selections based on ROI, benefits and risks

Manage contractual terms, rates and SLA negotiations with global logistics and warehousing vendors

Facilitate business processes and project manage ERP integration with all relevant platforms such as WMS, TMS and OM (internal and external)

5-7 years of product ownership and delivery management experience with a tier-1 provider: WMS, OMS, TMS/TE, LMS, MHE, WES & ERP.
