5+ years of collision industry experience, training experience preferred

Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Tesla’s objectives

Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines

Manage the structure and organization of training material in various knowledge management systems.

Manage all aspects of classroom preparation including creating/distributing agendas, learning materials, scheduling invitations, managing rosters, scorecards and other requirements as needed.

Maintain proficiency /delivery certification in required role-specific content including general Paylocity product knowledge.

Advanced knowledge of/experience in applying learning theories, needs analysis, learning strategy, and principles including adult learning theory.

Leverage non-training time to determine future training needs and enhancements and maintain knowledge of Paylocity’s services, processes, and products.

Maintain advanced knowledge of new/enhanced Paylocity products in order to certify on new training content.

Demonstrated ability in public speaking and content facilitation across varying levels of experience and knowledge

Support the implementation, and monitoring of customer experience training, including but not limited to:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

3-5 years’ experience in retail stores preferred

Dynamic interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written

Deliver training content to ensure students are knowledgeable and confident to be successful.

Collect and manage client survey data following on-site and virtual training.

Aid in the execution of an engaging onboarding program for all new sales team hires.

Focusing on outcomes and value-selling approaches to maximize customer lifetime value.

Assist training management in developing sales training programs and plans including company sales training manual and materials.

Must have experience in working and building relationships with sales managers

Support the execution, maintenance, and on-going improvement of new hire on-boarding and certification programs

BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience

1-2 years' experience in Sales training; 3-5 years' experience preferred

Experience in delivering training to sales people preferred or presenting in situations such as sales finals

Documents training progress in the learning management system in an accurate and timely manner

Works with other members of the management team to attain DNWest’s organizational goals and performance metrics

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Ensures staff follows referral communications pathway to manage all open referrals, including daily follow-up and optimize referral outcomes

Provides on-site training and skills/competency assessment. Establishes opportunities for coaching and support for staff using all available resources

Possess strong interpersonal skills, which allow for effectively dealing with individuals and/or groups of individuals

Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus

Conduct skill gap analysis and needs analysis to inform the creation or administration of new training programs

Continuously refine technical instructional delivery and presentation skills

Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Competencies:

Strong computer skills to operate effectively with company systems and programs. Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Publisher & Excel)

Managing the continuing education of dedicated teams, advisors, and leaders.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, high school diploma required.

3 years of experience in a sales training, preferable in health insurance industry (Individual and Family, Medicare, Small Business, Ancillary).

Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Demonstrated, strong knowledge of training systems management, strategic planning, needs assessment, measurement and cost benefit analysis is required

Deliver effective facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills throughout training initiatives, providing constructive feedback to participants and managers as necessary.

Manage IST (initial sales training) program courses for all new sales, marketing, case management and field clinical hires.

Collaborate with sales management team to develop, design and implement product specific training curriculum and materials

Perform other duties as may be required by management.

Successful experience in delivering educational training in an adult learning environment.

Understanding of knowledge management principles

Assist and later own the redesign content management process for the WCSO

Strong performance bias- experience in improving adult performance through knowledge increase and behavior change.

Four plus years of experience in sales training and coaching

Works with the Installation Managers on individual performance, abilities, and capacities of the installers

Prior skilled trades experience in plumbing, electric, and/or carpentry

3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or installation

Minimum of 3 years’ management and/or sales training/experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ophthalmic preferred.

Coordinate with management and internal departments to develop new training materials for new product launches for assigned brand(s).
