Increase brand awareness at retail through consumer education and engagement, driving in-store sales and building customer loyalty

1-2 years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or related fields

Sales skills, including persuasion, overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation

Passionate and knowledgeable about the cannabis industry

Conduct consumer-facing marketing activations such as in-store demos and events

Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable interacting with management, clients, and consumers in various settings.

Storage and Asset Management: Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage space, product inventory, and marketing assets.

Preferred minimum of 2 years equivalent work experience or some college education.

Event Planning Experience: Familiarity with organizing and planning events.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field required.

At least two years of experience in field marketing or outreach initiatives preferred; at least three years of healthcare experience.

Knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques.

Excellent relationship building & communication skills, particularly in a virtual environment.

Empower FMAs to identify, develop, and executive sampling missions and other ideas to improve the sampling experience

3 years of experience in a Field Marketing, Event Management, Demand Gen, or similar role

Own project management of all field events including management of Asana projects, event templates,campaign creation & event calendar management

Develop, plan, and execute field marketing programs and experiences - including executive dinners, third-party and Outreach hosted activations and virtual experiences

Manage key metrics such as pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, cost per meeting, cost per lead, etc.

Experience using Salesforce, Marketo/Pardot, Asana and Outreach

Experience using virtual event platforms such as GoToWebinar, Bizzabo, ZoomWebinar, Splash, Cvent etc

2+ years of hospitality experience preferred.

Some graphic design experience preferred.
