The work:

The Business Analyst will develop a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and applies industry best practices/detailed digital platform knowledge to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds the functional requirements. You will work hand in hand with customer stakeholders to define business processes and requirements, as well as support the development team to translate the vision of the customer's requirements and help with configuration of the solution. You will also participate in the planning and execution of testing efforts.

Here's what you need:

Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing an organization's processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.

Experience assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

Experience with research, gather and synthesizing information.

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.  

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $67,200 - 117,100

Colorado: $67,200 - 101,100

New York City: $77,700 - 117,100

Washington: $63,900 - 94,900
