Federal - System Tester

Advance, grow and connect to a greater purpose at Accenture Federal Services. We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Systems Tester in Springfield, VA.

The work:

• Logging any deviations from script steps during execution to support proper QA and client review.
• Creating and executing detailed test scripts using approved requirements, design, testing standards, and data input
• Working with development teams to resolve design issues discovered during testing phases.
• Remaining focused upon continuous improvement of the testing process using automation tools, training, and quality/peer reviews

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year experience with software or system testing
• Completion of AFS recognized training program (i.e. CodeUp)

• One of the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 4 years of professional experience in a related field

  • 4 years of military experience

  • Completion of AFS recognized training program (i.e. CodeUp)

• 4 years of professional experience in a related field
• 4 years of military experience

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $73,900 - $115,100

Colorado: $73,900 - $99,400

New York City: $85,500 - $115,100

Washington: $78,600 - $105,900
