Five (5) years of experience with a mechanical or general construction contractor, engineering firm or market related vendor required.

15+ years of commercial general contractor project management experience.

Understanding of financial management and analysis.

Bachelor’s in Construction or other related field or equivalent job experience.

Detail-oriented and strong communicator – with a strong customer service skill-set.

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, MSProject).

$200-250 million open-shop NYC General Contractor with a 20-year history.
