• Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and risk management.

• Knowledge of construction management software, scheduling tools, and project management methodologies.

• Prepare and present proposals, project plans, and progress reports to clients and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, including engineers, project managers, and construction personnel.

• Manage project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and minimize risks.
