Excellent negotiation skills and at least three years’ experience in negotiating contract

Manages the Operations and project team which includes, but is not limited to; first responders, superintendents, vendors, suppliers, AOE/EOR’s, and clients

Reviews contracts and manages the financial aspects of contracts; ensures job margin analysis is completed on a regular basis

Recruits Restoration Supervisors and Project Managers

Must show progression to Senior Project Manager or leadership role in past positions

Knowledge and use of T&M, Xactimate, negotiations with insurance providers (adjusters, consultants, etc)

Proven experience in invoicing and budget management.

Proficient with MS Office, and Project Management software.

Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Business Administration required.

Manage day-to-day project operations while coordinating with clients and contractors.

Analyze and manage budgets as well as forecast future costs to drive project, and company profitability.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
