Executive Project Director Jobs in Kansas

NOTE: this opportunity is long-term, remote, and working primarily on the owner/developer side of the construction industry.

Below are the requirements for this role:

· Must have experience in design, real estate, and/or the entitlement process

every major city in Texas, as well as Louisiana, Florida, and Ohio.

· 15+ years in the commercial construction industry with progressive growth in your career

· College degree in construction or related field preferred

In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (Business Management, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Utility Construction).

Ten (10) years-experience in utility construction project management, supporting outside plant (OSP) telecommunications services (Telephone, CATV, COAX, Fiber Optics).

Oversees the development and execution of project management plans for scope, cost, time, and quality.

Oversee and assist with the management of client expectations, escalations, and the change management process.

Project Management Institute - PMP Certified

Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Business Management
